Te Pihinga did a wonderful job of sharing their writing on our google hangout today. Everyone used so many adjectives and some people even managed to put similies into their writing. Oliver learnt what the word deciduous means!! Portia enjoyed jumping into the leaves and Jhyral described the leaves like crunching up a piece of paper. Kaylee told us that the leaves rubbings work best when you press lighter.
Here are some pictures of the awesome work!
We are a wonderful Year 1-3 class at Yaldhurst Model School. The name Te Pihinga means little seedling and shows how we have grown from the wee seeds that we were in 2020. We are extremely hard workers and are proud members of Te Pihinga class.
